Q: How long will it take to receive my package?

A: Please note that we require 2 to 5 days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.

Custom orders take longer, such a metal work and blankets to finish depending on order volume. Custom candles, wall art, ect, will take usually between 1 to 3 days to ship out depending on country and location.

For high volume non-custom items, these can take between 2-5 days to ship out, after being shipped it can take between 3 - 9 days to arrive depening on which warehouse your product is shipped from. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

If it has been 10 days after being shipped out and you have not received your item, please check the tracking.

Q: Do your products have a guarantee?

A: We offer a A 30-day money-back guarantee on Non-Custom Products. If there's an issue with your product, let us know.

Q: What is the company return policy?

A: Message us and let us know the issue with your product, we require that you send us photos of the damage or issue with the item before we start a return or refund for your product.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days after receiving of your item to process your return or exchange.

Q: Custom product returns

A: At Infurtuation, we take pride in creating personalized products that are made just for you. Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products. Unless there's an issue with the custom product that is faulty or Defective.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem and ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Q: My items arrived in different packages.

A: All items aren't created in the same location. For example, we have multiple frame shops around the world to ship your custom art as quickly as possible and to avoid paying expensive international shipping and custom fees.

Our Custom Metal Art, Candles, Phone cases are from different shop locations as well.

This allows us to expand our market and get products to our customers faster. which allows us to offer free shipping on a lot of our products.

For mass produced, non-custom unique items such as collars and other pet accessories, They are in different factories around the country, so some products won't arrive in the same package.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Most of our items ship worlwide. Metal art for example we only ship inside the US and Canada, to avoid the metal getting damaged from being shipped long distances.

For countries with don't have factories in, shipping will be higher, since they will be shipped from the US.

Q: Why isn't my tracking number working.

A: It may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it. For-non custom items, they are giving a tracking number before it arrives at the shipping facility, then will activate once the product is officially shipped out.

Q: Where's the option to add custom text?

A: After you upload a photo an option will appear for you to enter the text you want on your custom product.
