Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
A: We aim to process all orders within 24 to 72 hours, ensuring a prompt delivery experience. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but custom domestic items typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
For pre-made items like collars and leashes, shipping may be fulfilled from our US warehouse or international facilities, based on stock availability. In these instances, please allow 7 to 12 business days for delivery, with a maximum of 15 business days before reaching out to our support team for updates. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays due to increased mail volume.

Q: Do your products have a guarantee?
A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all non-custom products. If you encounter any issues with a custom product, please get in touch with us, and we'll be happy to assist.
Q: What is the company return policy?
A: Message us and let us know the issue with your product, we require that you send us photos of the damage or issue with the item before we start a return or refund for your product.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days after receiving of your item to process your return or exchange.

Q: Custom product returns
A: At Infurtuation, we take great pride in crafting personalized products tailored specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products unless they are found to be faulty or defective. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Most of our items are available for worldwide shipping. However, for metal art, we currently only ship within the United States and Canada to prevent potential damage during long-distance transportation.
For countries where we do not have manufacturing facilities, shipping costs may be higher, as these items will be shipped directly from the US.
Q: Why isn't my tracking number working.
A: It may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it. For-non custom items, they are giving a tracking number before it arrives at the shipping facility, then will activate once the product is officially shipped out.
Q: Where's the option to add custom text?
A: After you upload a photo an option will appear for you to enter the text you want on your custom product.
